My name is Shery Bittinger formally Sharp. I grew up in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Dauphin East. Where I lived was a fairly new development and we were surrounded by several farms. We would go to the one farm and buy milk and Ice Cream. We went sledding in the fields which was so much fun.
As I got older my interests were tap, ballet and twirling baton at which I became Head Majorette. A little later on, while still in high school, I decided to go to Cosmetology school and by the time I received my License I was a senior in high school. I wanted to be able to go to work right from high school, I started my own business and worked at it for about 30 years. In the meantime I got married and had a daughter Jennifer. She had 3 daughters: Haley, Kayla and Cortney who I am so very proud of.
Later on my body was getting too tired to be a cosmetologist so I retired from that and went to work at Country Meadows as a Marketing Assistant. I worked at this for about 15 years. I loved this job as I loved working with families. I retired from this job and went to being a van driver for Autistic children. I recently quit this job because my significant other wanted me to stay home with him.
